Arrival

• Guests must present a photo ID upon check-in

Departure

• From 08:00 to 10:00
• Verification of the accommodation conditions
• Please inform us in advance about earlier departure times

Children and beds

• Children of all ages are welcome. To obtain correct information on prices and occupancy, please enter the number of children in the search. The number of baby cribs allowed depends on the option selected.
• Extra beds and baby cribs are available on request. Bayby beds for children from 0 to 2 years are free of charge.
  

Payment for accommodation

• Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal, following the instructions in the confirmation email.

Pets

• Pets are allowed on request. For stays longer than one week there is an extra charge.
  
  

Important information for guests

• Special requests (extra beds, beach lounger, parasol, breakfast) are possible on request.
• A deposit of EUR 150.0 is required on arrival. This amount will be refunded in full on departure after checking the condition of the accommodation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and throughout the house.
